A prevalent issue in today’s society is the issue of human trafficking. This project explores the issue of trafficking, but more specifically child trafficking. Child trafficking is defined as fraud, coercion, and force used upon individuals for sexual acts and/or labor for profit. This presentation goes into detail about child trafficking statistics, vulnerable characteristics about the population, and the role of a nurse regarding this issue.
