Nurses see the patient more than any other health care worker in the hospital, and they take on an immense amount of respomsibility. As a nursing student you must go through rigorious and challenging courses and be abe to manage self-care at the same time. Working as a nurse gets overwhelming, tiring, and hard at times, and you need to be able to cope with this while taking care of yourself. Nursing as a student and as an official career is not easy and takes time getting used to. I think this image depicts a hard-working individual who is responsible for several jobs in her hospital. Nursing is not often seen as a very hard job in movies/TV shows etc., but the reality is that nursing is one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs that there is.
